Policies

Exchange for store credit only on:

• Yarn, in original condition, up to 30 days from purchase.
• Needles and notions, in original package, up to 48 hours from purchase.
• No returns or exhanges on printed matter or fibre. No returns on sale or clearance items.

Note that In Store Pick-Up orders not collected within 18 business days will be exchanged for store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.
